Return Policy

All items purchased on sale, Sale Items, Swimwear, Hosiery, Promo Offers, Accessories Are Final Sale. 

STORE CREDIT Only - No Refunds, No Exchanges 
  • We currently do not offer refunds on payments received. 
  • Item must be returned within 7 business days (Saturday Included) of delivery for store credit only (If customer fails to ship package back within 7 business, we will not process the exchange)
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping labels unless we are responsible and/or at fault.
  • Customers will receive store credit after package is received, inspected and approved for Store Credit. Please allow 1-2 business days of delivery to receive store credit.
  • Once an item is exchanged or purchased with store credit it is FINAL SALE!
  • If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size. To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. 

Exchanges on Cargos

  • Cargos purchased on sale are eligible for store credit (not an even exchange). 
  • If you purchase a cargo on sale, you MUST pay the difference for the exchange if the sale is no longer active! 
Price Adjustment 
After a purchase is made, price adjustments are not available on any purchase. This includes discount codes not entered or applied prior to checking out.
