Return/ Exchange Policy
- Customer must email customer service within 14 business days (Saturday Included) of delivery to request an exchange (If customer fails to contact within 14 days, we will not process the exchange).
- After package is received and inspect, you will receive a store credit to repurchase.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping labels unless we are at fault.
- Once an item is exchanged or purchased with store credit it is FINAL SALE!
- If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that it was received. Item must be unused with all tags attached
- Please contact us before returning a package for return mailing address.
All items purchased on sale and/or with a promo code are FINAL SALE. All accessories, hosiery, jewelry, and swimwear are FINAL SALE.
Price Adjustment
- After a purchase is made, price adjustments are not available on any purchase. This includes discount codes not entered or applied prior to checking out.
