Kourageous, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages have insurance.
Once your order is dropped off it is no longer our responsibility to track or locate your package. If you have specific questions regarding your package, please contact the postal service by phone or visit your local postal office.

Unfortunately, during the pandemic and hurricane season packages maybe delayed. If a delay may occur due to natural disasters and/or postal service delays, we will immediately update our customers via email. If you need a package immediately, please check out with Express Shipping.
If you purchase a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped wwhen the preorder item is ready. Please email if you would like items to ship separately (fees may apply).
